Trent brings more than 15 years of workplace health and safety experience across government, mining, transport, construction and heavy industry.

Before founding Overwatch Safety Solutions, Trent spent five years with the Queensland Government's Department of Transport and Main Roads, undertaking regulatory inspections, compliance investigations and enforcement activities. This background gives him valuable insight into regulatory expectations and the challenges businesses face in meeting their obligations.

Today, Trent works with business owners, senior leaders and operational teams to manage workplace risks, strengthen compliance and improve safety performance. His expertise includes safety management systems, incident investigations, auditing and ongoing WHS advisory services.

Trent is known for his straightforward, hands-on approach and ability to turn complex safety requirements into practical solutions.

Stefanie brings more than 20 years of HSEQ experience across facilities management, hospitality, manufacturing, professional services and the resources sector.

Her career includes senior national leadership roles, overseeing safety, quality and environmental management across extensive multi-site operations.

Stefanie specialises in integrated management systems, ISO certification, auditing, governance and organisational improvement. She has led national management systems and assurance programs, working with executive teams and operational personnel to strengthen compliance, improve performance and embed effective processes.

At Overwatch, she combines senior consulting expertise with oversight of project delivery and quality assurance. Her approach is collaborative and focused on developing practical, sustainable solutions tailored to each business.
